Fee Schedule
$210 Standard Consultation session
Full fees are required upfront. If you have a Mental Health Care Plan (MHCP) you will receive the rebate from Medicare automatically paid into your nominated bank account the following day. If you do not have a MHCP or Private Health cover, full private consultation applies.
Mental Health Care Plan
The Medicare Rebates are available to clients who obtain a Mental Health Care Plan (MHCP) from either their GP (General Practitioner), or Psychiatrist. This entitles you to a total of 10 sessions per calendar year. Please see your GP for a referral if you wish to claim the Medicare benefit for sessions.
Please provide your current MHCP to our psychologist at your first appointment.
Medicare Rebate $89.65 (Mental Health Care Plan required)
The number of sessions is stated on the GP referral as a ‘course of treatment’. The maximum number of sessions you can include on a referral is 6 using the initial MBS items. You may be eligible for a further 4 sessions.

Consultation/ Session Length: 50 minutes
Cancellation Policy: 24 hour notice is required. No-show or late cancellations incurs a fee.
Various Session Modalities available: Bookings available for Face to face In-person and telehealth video appointments. Telehealth is open for Perth residents, rural and nation wide.
Private Health Insurance
Rebates are available via your private health insurer – please check your Policy to see if you are covered for Psychology.
Psychologists at Cipher Psychology are Members of the Australian Psychological Society (APS). Depending on your level of cover and benefit, you may be eligible to claim your Psychology sessions with your Health Provider. It’s important to note that a benefit cannot be paid when the consultation has been subsidised by Medicare (either in full or in part).

Please speak with our Psychologist if you require a report. Reports are $210 per hour and are not covered under the Mental Health Care Plan.
